personal information when you purchase digital redemption codes or interact with our customer support team. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to
operating within recognized data protection standards.

- Billing and address information — the billing and shipping addresses associated with your purchase, used for cardholder verification and to enforce geographic scope.
- Transaction data — purchase amounts, redemption code references, refund records, and dispute records.
- Tokenized card reference — a reference returned by the external PCI‑DSS Level 1 service provider that captured your card details.
We do not receive, transmit, or store your raw card number, CVV, or expiration date.
- Device and access data — IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for fraud prevention and account security purposes.
- Customer support records — the content of messages and inquiries you send to our support channels.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- complete your purchase, deliver the digital redemption code, and apply it to your checkout;
- send you receipts and transaction‑related communications;
- verify cardholder identity, address, and geographic eligibility;
- detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or misuse;
- respond to customer support inquiries, refund requests, and disputes;
- satisfy recordkeeping obligations under applicable law and acquirer rules.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:
- The external PCI‑DSS Level 1 tokenization service that captures and vaults your card details on our behalf.
- The card acquirer and issuing bank involved in the authorization and settlement of your transaction.
- The participating merchant whose checkout your redemption code is applied to, limited to the information necessary to fulfil the order (your name, email, and the relevant order details).
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or legal process.
- Service providers that assist with operations, security, communications, and recordkeeping, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Security
We apply the following safeguards:
- PCI DSS compliance. Card capture and storage are managed by an external PCI‑DSS Level 1 service provider. 4Square Systems operates within SAQ‑A scope.
- Tokenization. Card details are converted to opaque tokens that cannot be used to initiate a new charge without an authenticated request from our infrastructure.
- Access controls. Internal access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and is logged.
- Encryption. Personal data in transit is encrypted using industry‑standard transport security.
- Network segmentation. Acquirer‑facing components are isolated and accessible only through restricted egress paths.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements;
- opt out of non‑transactional communications at any time.

7. Data Retention
We retain transaction and identifying information for the period required to satisfy applicable legal, tax, recordkeeping, and acquirer obligations —
typically seven (7) years from the date of the transaction. After the retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- maintain session state during your purchase;
- support fraud detection by recording device and access patterns;
- improve site reliability and user experience.
We do not use third‑party advertising cookies on our site.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adult customers. As stated in our Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old to complete a purchase.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. In addition, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA),

11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes related to this Privacy Policy will be resolved as set forth in the Terms of Service.
